Retail Description: There are two tracts totaling approximately 23.3 acres with a total of 1,000+ feet of frontage on SH 45 and 450 feet on CR 170. The exit ramp for eastbound traffic is located such that exiting traffic will be able to turn into the property before reaching the corner.
