Texas Realty Partners, LLC Karen Skelton was hired by Direct Events to provide professional expert services in the re-development of the Austin Music Hall in Downtown Austin. Texas Realty Partners, LLC assisted in the budgeting, design and City of Austin approval process to complete the re-development. Texas Realty Partners, LLC working with Direct Event's Tim O'Connor to formulate the facility needs for the new building to create the premier downtown music and private party rental venue. The Austin Music Hall will feature 4,000 seating capacity, a full service restaurant, and a upscale bar.
Karen Skelton experience and expertise in construction planning and management led to the decision to demolish the entire building and start from the foundation in the redesign in order to control costs and ensure first class acoustical configuration of the building.
